Fleet & Dealer Detailing in Nashville, Tennessee
Vans, trucks and lot vehicles cleaned on site on a schedule, priced per unit rather than per hour.
Nashville's Mobile Detailing connects vehicle owners across Middle Tennessee with insured, equipped mobile detailers for fleet & dealer detailing. Estimates are free and written, the price is agreed before work starts, and the workmanship is backed in writing.
What the job usually involves
Every property is different, which is why the estimate comes after somebody has actually looked at it rather than before. What does not change is the process: assess, explain the options in plain language, put the scope and price in writing, then do the work to that scope.

Fleet & Dealer Detailing, in practice
Fleet work is priced per unit and scheduled, because that is what makes it predictable for both sides. An hourly rate rewards working slowly, and neither of us wants that conversation.
Wrapped and liveried vehicles need different chemistry. Strong alkaline cleaners lift wrap edges and dull print, and a wrap that has been washed carelessly for a year cannot be brought back.
Deep cleans rotate through the fleet a few vehicles at a time rather than stopping the whole operation. Most customers run a light cycle frequently and a deep clean quarterly.
We work outside your trading hours where it helps. Vehicles that are earning during the day get cleaned when they are not.
